• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond ph789's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, ph789's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph789's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph789 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the ph789 Platform shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
